In the northern highlands of Albania, on April 3rd, 1937, began a working visit of the scholar Henry Shats, professor of the University of Innsbruck, Austria, accompanied by his wife. This was the third visit of the Austrian scholar. After his travels in 1930 and 1931, he published the book “A trip to the mountains of northern Albania”. At the end of the trip, the scholar held in cinema “Nacional”, a scientific conference illustrated with images of the North Alps, towers and their inhabitants.
