The journalist and writer, Sefedin Çela, was born on February 18th, 1947. He took the first lessons in his native village Skrapari, and later graduated in literature and journalism at the Faculty of History and Philology. He has conducted numerous post-graduate qualifications in Budapest, Prague, London, Copenhagen, Paris etc. His journalistic career started in the newspaper “Zëri i Rinisë”, “Jehona e Skraparit” and “Bashkimi”. He has occupied high positions as Director of Radio-Television. During the years 1999-2004, he was President of the National Council of Radio and Television.
