In the Prefecture of Shkodra, on 17th September 1919 the leaders of Kallmeti, Ungrej, Kalor, Fregne e Rrasit areas protested against the Italian military, who had murdered in a cruel way, without justice many residents of Malësia, some of them being: Cub Bardhi, Gjok Ndreka, Marka Nikolla, Frrok Gjergji and Pjetër Marku.
