On February 15th, was held the first meeting of the Albanian Parliament in 1937. President of the Deputies Chamber was elected Pandeli Evangjeli instead of Petro Poga; in the post of Vice President was appointed Hiqmet Delvina and Secretary Ëngjëll Saraçi.
