The Government of Iljaz Vrioni, through a note of December 13th, 1920, declared to the Yugoslav government that “one of main topic of its program is peaceful and sincere relations with Yugoslavia and all other neighboring countries” and asked to respect the Albanian territorial integrity and to liberate the Albanian lands occupied by Yugoslav forces.
