The expatriates of the Albanian colony of Constanta in Romania, on February 11th, 1907 established the branch of the patriotic society ” Bashkimi “. Eftimi Radi was elected Chairman, Vice Chairman Dr. Ibrahim Temo and letter / Secretary Johan Mihal Lehova. The branch had its own administration, seal, and statute and developed an intense cultural and patriotic activity.
