Fabrika e çimentos, Shkodër
Engineers commission Tom Filipeu, Vasil Noçka dhe Tom Truja, on October 10th, 1937, proved the quality and hardness of articles produced by “Portland Cemento” of Shkodra. All the proofs gave good results and the press called this as a victory of the national industry.
