On December 27th, 2006, died the composer Dhora Leka. She is the author of the majority of partisan songs. After the liberation of the country for which she fought, she was forced to suffer the imprisonment and banishment, but these could not dissociate her from the artistic creativity. A school in Tirana holds her name today.
