Displaced from Albanian territories
With the Law no. 108, dated on December 22nd,1925,at the Ministry of Internal Affairs was created “the Department of Migrants”. It would deal with the installation of refugees coming from the Albanian territories detached from the maternal trunk, to escape the violence and chauvinists genocide in neighboring countries.
