In the diplomatic bargaining that took place in Paris, the Yugoslav government, submitted the memorandum of January 8th, 1920 where, among others, rejected the Italian claims towards Albania and by considering the borders set in 1913, as a decision of Germany and Austro-Hungary, Serbia pretended all the lands to the right of Drin i Zi and Buna and the highlands of Kelmendi and Kastrati.
