The house of Lushnja Congress
On December 8th, 1922 the Albanian National Council, approved the extension of the “Basis of the High Council Kanun” or as it was called “The expanded statute of the Congress of Lushnja”. Practically, this document is the first constitution of the Albanian state, adopted by a national representation.
