The society “Vëllezëria” of Gjirokastra, in its letter dated on December 3rd, 1919 addressed to the President of the Albanian delegation to the Conference Peace in Paris, Luigj Bumçi argues against the bargaining of the European diplomatic to the separation of Gjirokastra from the mother country.
