Vlora
On October 29th, 1908, was established “Labëria” Club, political, cultural and patriotic organization. This organization aimed the uniting of the Albanian nation and its cultural raising. During the period of the Young Turk domination in our country were established 40 patriotic clubs that were led by Albanian intellectuals.
