The French dramaturgist Pierre Orgyst Bomarshe, author of the comedies “The Barber of Seville” and “The Marriage of Figaro”, that are translated in Albanian from Klio Evangjeli and are published in 1973, was born on January 24th, 1732. Also, the Albanian art lovers have followed in the Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tirana the operas that Mozart in 1786 and Rossini in 1816 have composed by relying on the subject of these comedies.
