On January 15th, 1997, died the Academic from Kosovo Osman Imam “Doctor of the Nation”, a microbiologist and doctor of Infectious disease, Executive Chief of the Hygienic Entity of Peja, head of the department of infectious diseases in hospital of Pristine, the first Dean of Medical Faculty of the University of Pristine, director of the Institute of Microbiology.
