The antifascist movement, which was created on the day that Mussolini entered in Albania, on April 11th, 1940, forced the fascist invaders to draft the decree against the demonstrations, manifestations, processions and meetings. This fascist decree included strict penalties against the offenders. But even that, did not interrupted the fascist attack that was turned into an armed struggle.
