In Elbasan, on January 1st, 1937, was born the Albanian actor Demir Hyska. He finished his studies at the Institute of Arts, without leaving apart the scene.At the screen for the first time he was introduced in 1970 with the film “Guximtarët” and “Gjurma”. He became famous with the role in the movie, “Ngadhnjim mbi vdekjen”. Since there he took 27 main roles that brought several medals and awards at the Albanians film festivals. In the movie “Në fillim të verës“the artist was awarded with the Cup of French Film Festival, in 1975.
