Composer and conductor Kristo Kono, with students of the Korca National Lyceum, gave a musical performance for the public of Korca on 8 June 1937. The mixed choir of 60 girls and boys and mandolins executed Albanian and foreign musical pieces. Many of them were repeated several times at the request of the listeners.
