On 29 June 1995, the Republic of Albania was accepted as a member of the Council of Europe, seeking to achieve “a closer union of its members to protect and advance the ideals and principles that make up their common heritage and Favor their own, economic and social progress “. Our country has been fully engaged in the work of the Council of Europe and has benefited in particular for the drafting of a European standard legislation.
