Shefqet Vërlaci
On October 28th, 1940, the fascist Government of Roma declared war to Greece and began the military actions.On the same day the collaborationist government of Shefqet Verlaci declared war to Greece, but Albanian battalions “Tomorri” and “Tarraboshi” refused to fight against the neighboring country and were interned in a camp set up near Shijak.
