On April 27th, 1978, the Committee of Ministers of the member states of the Council of Europe approved the “Declaration on Human Rights”. The last two decades, our internal and external policy, is guided by the principles of this Declaration, in relations with its citizens, national minorities and foreign citizens, which are related to our country.
