the Congress of Durrës
On December 25th, 1918 was convened the Congress of Durres, attended by over 50 representatives from around the country. The Congress was expressed not only for the independence of Albania, but also for the revision of borders in its favor. From the Congress was established the Provisional Government with 14 members.
