Normalja School of Elbasan
According to the decisions of the Elbasan Congress, on 20th September 1909, in the city of Korça, was created the society of Albanian teachers “Përparimi”. The aim of this society was to expand the nation’s education, to ensure funds for the maintenance of the Normal School in Elbasan and to ensure the opening of other new Albanian schools. This society helped for the maintenance of the schools in Pogradec, Devoll, Gjirokastër, Labinot, Leskovik.
