To enliven the activity of the Albanian Red Cross, by decree-law dated January 3rd, 1928, were established the decorations of Albanian Red Cross that they were divided into three degrees. The decoration of first grade had marked the titled “Bountiful”, second grade “Charity” and the third “the Helper “.
