Arbëria
In 1215, between Dhimitri , the great ruler of Arbëria and the Republic of Ragusa, finished the peace agreement . Assuring for ragusians free and safe circulation through the lands of Arbëria and exemption from customs taxes. In this agreement they were joined also many other Albanian feudal.
