The representatives of Durresi, Tirana, Elbasani, Kavaja, Peqin and Gramshi, on February 26th, 1918 sent a protest the Austro-Hungarian government, against any thought or plan for the division of Albania, against any tend that violate the rights of its state recognized by the London Conference in 1913.
