9 October, the Government of Durrës presented to Clemenceau a note of protest

The delegation of the of Provisional Government of Durrës in Paris, presented to the Chairman of the Peace Conference, Georges Clemenceau, a note where he objected the plans of powers to the detriment to the territorial integrity of Albanian state and his independence.
