The so-called Albanian Assembly, established by the fascist invaders approved the decree of June 9th, 1940, which states that “Albania is known entered into war with those countries with which the Kingdom of Italy was at war.” The decision of the Assembly was published in the Official Gazette no. 93, dated June 10, 1940, and is still being dealt with as the main legal argument for the preservation of the state of war by Greek diplomacy.
