In December 1936, died Hajdar Blloshmi. He was graduated in French language in Istanbul. For a time, he served as a translator of French for Sultan. In 1909, returned to Albania and was appointed lecturer in the Normalja School of Elbasan. In 1912, he participated at the Vlora Assembly, was ranked in the units commanded by Isa Boletini. From 1926, he was elected Member of Albanian Parliament.
