Hasan Riza Pasha
On October 8th, 1912, Osman Bali, an agent of Esat Pashë Toptani, murdered the general of Turkish army, Hasan Riza Pasha, Veli of Shkodra. Because of this, Turkish forces left the Northern city and Esat Pasha took the command.
