Kongresi Kombëtar i Elbasanit
The Educational Congress of Elbasan, an Albanian-speaking rally, ended its work on September 8, 1909. This congress made important decisions for the development of education and national school, decided to open the Elbasan Normal School for teacher preparation, setting up in Korça School “Progress”, which would take care of the opening of other Albanian schools and the publication of texts for them.
