Albania in 1937
On October 6th, 1937, came the Italian specialists in Tirana, for drafting the 5-years plan of the Albanian agriculture development. In the framework of the precautions was the establishment of the agriculture bank. The group was headed by Karrante professor, who was tasked with mayor post by the Royal Government of Albania.
