On March 6th, 1925, it was completed “the final protocol” of the “Treaty of the Commerce and Navigation”, signed in Rome, between the Albanian Government and the Italian Government, in January 1924. As it is known the democratic opposition of that time, opposed this Treaty and it was ratified only after the suppression of the June Revolution.
