At the Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tirana on February 5th, 1978, was awarded the premiere of the Broadway musical “Karnavalet” with music by Avni Mula and libretto of Lugj Gurakuqi, according to the motives of comedy ” Karnavalet e Korçës” of Spiro Çomora. The operetta “Karnavalet” enriched the repertoire of Opera and Ballet Theatre with its positive echo in public and media. Kinostudio “Shqipëria e re” turned it into a musical.
