Mahmut Pashë Bushatlliu
The Venice Vice Consul in Shkodra, Jak Suma, notifies his superiors for the betrayal of Ibrahim Pasha and Mehmet Pasha,by a letter dated on November 4th, 1972,respectively the brother and the nephew of Mahmut Pasha Bushatlli. Their departure to Istanbul, has proved the hostile attitude of the Sublime Porte, against the ruler of the Shkodra Pashallek.
