The Popular Theater troupe achieved a well-deserved success with the Shakespearian tragedy “King Lir” on July 30, 1965. It was on stage with the direction of Pandi Still. The main roles were performed by well-known artists, Pjeter Gjoka, Naim Frashëri, Loro Kovaçi, Luan Qerimi, Roza Anagnosti, Margarita Xhepa, Drita Pelingu etc.
