In August 1932, the royal gendarmerie, discovered the secret movement of Vlora, which was created and directed by Qazim Kokoshi, Seit Qemali, Myqerem Hamzaraj, etc. and aimed at carrying out a coup d’état. Over 60 people were arrested and the political trial filed in Tirana gave different sentences to more than 30 defendants.
