Ismail Qemali, Luigj Gurakuqi and Isa Boletini, on March 29th, 1913 went with the yacht of Montpensierit from the scaffolding of Vlora in Europe. They visited Rome, Paris and London and held an intense diplomatic activity. The aim of them was to secure the borders and the integrity of the newborn Albanian state. The interview of Ismail Qemali for the purposes of the trip was published in several European newspapers. In the talks and meetings that the Albanian delegation had with the foreign diplomats, was discussed in particular the problem of the northern border of Albania and especially the issue of Kosovo.
