The branch of National Bank in Shkodra, on October 28th, 1927, on the occasion of Italian fascism raised the Italian flag in its building. Against this act demonstrated the students of high school in Shkodra and of the dormitory “Our Mountains”. This was the first anti-fascist public and against the Ahmet Zogu regime manifestation in Shkodra.
