On April 28th, 1900, Ismail Qemali, along with his sons, escaped from Turkey, which made a great rage. The Albanian Patriot stayed in Greece and then in Italy, where he had meetings and talks with the authorities of those countries. In Naples, in an interview for newspaper of Rome “Tribuna”, for the first time he announced his national program. In Brussels, Ismail Qemali, published in the magazine of Faik Konica “Albania” a call to the Albanians. Thus, the path of the patriot began, which led to the raising of the flag in Vlora in November 1912.
