In Tirana, on November 28th, 1993, was signed the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the State of Israel on cooperation in culture, education and science. The relations between Israel and the Albanian people are marked with the seal of loyalty and Albanian hospitality for the Jews during World War II.
