Mujo Ulqinaku
In Tirana, Shkodra and Korca, the Flag Day, on November 28th, 1939, was celebrated with massive anti-fascist demonstration. Greater proportions had the demonstrations of capital. Albanian people in this way, after Mujo Ulqinaku with friends, testified their position in the antifascist World War II that had broken out on September 1st, 1939.
