After abandoning the battlefield of Nis on November 27th, 1443, by false ferman, Skanderbeg took Kruja castle and a trip to the provinces of Dibra and Mat, which were Kastrioti properties. There he found the Albanians mobility to fight against the Ottoman invaders. At the same time he called Albanians leaders to gather in Kruja for drafting of the plan for a general uprising. On November 27th, 1443, he arrived in the main city of Kastriot distriction.
