Director Spartak Pecani was born on May 27, 1952. After graduating for dramaturgy at the Tirana High School of Arts, he headed the specialization for filmmakers in Bucharest. In 1975, he began his artistic career at the cinema “New Albania”, performing several documentaries and films. His first feature film was “The New Girl” that appeared in 1977. He became familiar with the movie, “Long Time” and “Do not Hush”. And “The Fall of the Fall” and “The Train Start at seven without five” bring the awards of the 6th and 7th Festival of Albanian Artistic Film.
