Mina Qirici
The journalist and writer Mina Qirici was born on October 26th, 1947. He is graduated in the Defense Academy and in the University of Tirana. He has completed specialization courses and seminars in several European capitals, and has worked and directed some publications of our press and today he directs Military Publishing House. 11 publicistic and literary books have his authorship.
