Brochure by Anastas Byku
On September 28th 1862, the journalist Anastas Byku, published the “Prelude of the pellasgs issues” brochure that treated the Albanian issue based in a platform against the Pan-Slavic. This brochure, confirmed by the author, was published by his friend Vangjel Zhapa, a great Albanian humanitarian.
