The Dean of culture, Faik Konica published on March 25th, 1897 the magazine “Albania”, one of the most important organs of the Albanian journalism. It not only turned into a hearth for all the prominent Albanian writers, but in absence of the Albanian diplomatic service, also was a real diplomatic representation, that treated the problems and issues of the enslaved homeland.
