On October 24th, 1923, came the first issue of the newspaper “Republika”. It was headed by and Nikolla Ivanaj. The political, social and cultural weekly came partly in French. It was against feudal-bourgeois governments, but also criticized the opposition that didn’t have a clear and definite program.
