The newspaper “Shqipëria e re”, on February 23rd, 1925 wrote for the evening schools that were established by our expatriates in the Albanian neighborhoods of Istanbul. The Albanian language was taught by the student Vasil Andoni and the Secretary of General Consulate of Albania in Istanbul Assaf Xhaxhuli, also Stavri Skëndi, Theodhor Sina etc.
