Ilia Dilo Sheperi
On November 23rd, 1919 at the beginning of the Congress of Lushnja and the War of Vlora in Gjirokastra, was established the Patriotic Society ““Vllazëria”. The society was directed by Thoma Papapano and Ilia Dilo Sheperi. Because of the activity that was held for the protection of the Homeland borders, was turned into a tribune of the Albanian issue.
